Lt. Stevens...no fallen officer on the ODMP should be without a reflection. While thousands of our boys were storming the beaches at Normandy in France, you were here on the homefront serving your country & community. Your death may be overshadowed by the events of D-Day...but your service and sacrifice is not forgotten. God bless.
