Most Recent Reflection
View all 7 ReflectionsI am a nephew of his. He was my mother's brother. My mother was Ava Pearl Broome Turner. I can remember the incident even though I was only 6 and 1/2 years old at the time. I can remember his widow, my aunt Minnie reading scripture to the family gathered around the kitchen table as we grieved during the Christmas season. His influence left a legacy of strong Christian Faith and a powerful example for all the family to follow.
