Officer Paris Williams was a pleasure to work with at the Civil Affairs Unit. He was fun to work with and always had a smile. He was very professional and had concern for everyone he met. You would have never known he was a Philadelphia Police Officer because of his sense of humor and his style of dress he was a Dapper Dan in his dance. He is truly missed.....R.I.P my friend & fellow officer.
