View all 139 ReflectionsI first met Lucy while she was employed at the Titusville Police Department as a uniformed Police Officer. I Was fortuante enough to to participate in a ride along program with her. She along with Steve House, Doug Massey and Joe George influenced my chosen career path in Law Enforcement. After 32 years of a successful Law Enforcement career I am retired. At the time of her passing, I was assigned as a Senior Special Agent with Homeland Security in Tampa, Florda. I was truely saddened to hear of her passing. She was a great caring person and a good Officer! I hope she is now with God in the Kingdom of Heaven !
