Trooper Winzenread had served with the Indiana State Police for over two years and was assigned to the Versailles post. He was survived by his wife and 1-month-old daughter. In 2009, Interstate 74 near mile marker 144 in Decatur County was dedicated the Trooper Andrew P. Winzenread Memorial Highway in his honor. |
